I highly recommend QBC Plex produced by the company Solaray for an allergy symptoms. Since moving to a house in the middle of farmland and wind I have been suffering from "hay fever", itchy eyes, sneezing, congestion, the works. And, with 2.5 acres to take care of, 2 active girls, a dog and an adventurous husband from Alaska staying indoors was not a good solution. Companies are trying to decrease their health insurance cost by offering employee benefits for those choosing healthy living activities and eating habits. Using monetary benefits to entice their employees to monitor their health and adopt healthier lifestyles. Are companies that are handing out monetary benefits for their employees' healthy choices valid?
For example, American Expresspaid their employees as much as $200 if they walked just 2 miles a day. Most large companies have work out facilities on their campuses which helps in eliminating the excuses.
